Gardening for Birds with Becki Jones, Master Gardener

Learn how to create a bird garden with best plants, water options, feeders, and preparing for predators. Identify common birds and their preferred foods, eating habits, and habitat. Hummingbirds and butterflies will be included! Learn about a new tool to plan your bird habitat called “Birdscaping.”

Dr. Becki Jones is a retired music teacher and an avid gardener. Becki is also a WV Master Naturalist and WV Master Gardener. Her interests include preserving the Monarch butterfly population and supporting birds and wildlife through her Certified Monarch Way Station and other habitat registrations.
